A Continued Street

This project seeks to provide affordable housing and small storefronts for the vending community of Leimert park-while maintaining adaptability in what unit sizes are equipped to support any changes in the demographic of the neighborhood that may occur in the future. The ground floor provides individual storefronts for vendors to use on the ground floor which can be opened whenever they choose.
