While studying abroad in Rome, Italy, I completed this ground-up remodel of an old slaughterhouse in Testaccio, A neighborhood known for its industrial archaeological history. This project utilized the old building footprint to create two new buildings--juxtaposing the trendy new area with the industrial old.
